Dear Sir,

For the past few weeks, I have been unable to log in directly using my password, nor am I able to change the password through the Change Password page. Each time I need to log in, I am forced to use the Forgot Password option and request a temporary password. This temporary password works only once.

After logging in with the temporary password, when I attempt to change it, the page becomes unresponsive. If I enter two different passwords, it correctly displays a message stating that the new passwords do not match. However, when I enter the same password to confirm, nothing happens, and the password is not updated.

As a result, I am unable to log in again using the same credentials and must repeat the Forgot Password process each time.

I kindly request you to please look into this issue, remove any system bugs, or provide me with a permanent password.

Regards,
Dr. Nirzar Lakhia
