Dear Bhoonidhi Support Team,
I would like to report an issue regarding offline satellite products requested through the Bhoonidhi portal.
I placed an order on 14 January 2026 for several LISS-IV products (Resourcesat-2 / Resourcesat-2A). While some of the products were available for instant download, the following products were marked as offline with a message stating that they would be fetched within 2–24 hours.
However, even after waiting for more than 5 days, these products have still not been fetched or added to my cart.

I have already contacted Bhoonidhi support via email regarding this issue but have not received a response so far. Since these datasets are required urgently for analysis and inference over my AOI, I kindly request you to please let me know:
The current status of these offline products
-Whether they can still be fetched
-If any additional action is required from my side
-I would appreciate your guidance and support in resolving this issue at the earliest.
